Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are processed for shipment within 1 to 5 business days, except public holidays. All items are shipped in bulk packaging to allow for free worldwide shipping.

UK & Europe: 7-15 business days
Mexico:  25 business days
Brazil: 20-30 business days
Greece: 7-15 business days
Russia, Ukraine & Saudi Arabia: 7-20 business days

*Does not include processing time. These are estimates only and may vary. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

A signature may be required to accept delivery. If you are not available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave you a card with instructions relating to collecting your order from a local sorting office or rearranging delivery.

Customs duty in your country may be payable on your order.

Multiple item orders may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

RETURNS POLICY

We operate a 60 day returns policy. If you wish to make a return, please contact us at customerservice@havanababe.com within 60 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a returns authorisation form and reference number. You will have to complete the form and it include it with your returns package.

Please return the item to us within 30 days after receiving the returns authorisation form. We recommend using a tracked courier service. At this time, we do not offer free returns.

Returns are processed within 1 working day of receipt, however funds may take 3-5 days to appear in your statement depending on payment method used.

Funds will be reimbursed into the account initially used to purchase the item only.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS: Please do not remove the plastic sanitory lining. We are not able to accept returns for swimwear articles which have this removed.

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. Please contact us at customerservice@havanababe.com to return the item and re-order your preferred item.
